*Guided Yoga & Equinox Meditation – A heart-opening movement practice to bring balance, clarity, and renewal, followed by a Spring Equinox Vision Journey, guiding you to step through a golden gateway into your next chapter.
*Nourishing Seasonal Dinner – Enjoy a delicious homemade organic soup & fresh seasonal salad while reflecting on your personal intentions for growth and transformation.
*Flower & Seed Intention Ritual – Create a personal sacred design using flower petals and leaves. Receive a seed infused with your intention, wrapped in handmade paper—a manifestation bundle to take home and plant when you feel ready.
* Fire Ceremony – Under the evening sky, release what no longer serves you into the flames and speak your intentions aloud—activating them through breath, voice, and sacred fire.
* Closing Celebration & Integration – Ground your intentions with a group chant, drumming, or humming activation, sealing this moment of renewal. Conclude with a final toast of tea or cacao, honoring this sacred transition.
